Sorbos is a brand from Spain, they make straws from sugar, water, corn starch and gelatin. Sorbos is a 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly drinking straw. It has been developed in collaboration with the University of Barcelona. Plastic straws are harmful to animals and the environment, also because they are small. Millions of straws are thrown away every day and hardly recycled. Sorbos has already won a prize in Spain for the most innovative and environmentally friendly product.
