Shipping & Returns

We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. If all items in your order are in stock, and the order has been received by us before 3 p.m., we will ship it the same working day. If we cannot meet this delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Orders averaging 10 boxes or more are expected to be delivered with a pallet shipment. Please submit pallet deliveries by 2 p.m. Please allow 1 to 3 business days delivery time for a pallet delivery in the Netherlands and for Belgium 2 to 4 business days delivery time. Questions about this or an urgent delivery? Faster deliveries are always possible. Please feel free to contact us. We will always contact you personally with a pallet delivery.

Please note that packages shipped on Friday are often not delivered until Monday!

Returns for business customers

The right of withdrawal from consumer law does not apply to business customers. If you are not satisfied with a product or if you have ordered the wrong item, we will always try to make a suitable proposal to return products or to deliver another item. In most cases we can send a return label with a new order to return items. The shipping costs for this are for your account. If the items, boxes and packaging are unopened and undamaged , we can consider taking them back. We may only accept a return after we have made an agreement about the refund. We may also charge costs for the products that are returned. If you want to see an article first, we can always provide free samples (only pay the shipping costs). Please contact us.

Returns for consumers

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are € 9.99 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@disposables.shop. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Consumer Order Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints regarding consumer orders

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@disposables.shop. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
