Bagasse is the name of the sugar cane pulp from the stalks that remains after the sugar has been extracted from the sugar cane. Bagasse is the raw material for our sugar cane disposable tableware. In the past, this residual or waste product was incinerated, but now it is processed into all kinds and sizes of containers and plates for disposable tableware.
