How can I track my order?

    • On the day your order is shipped, you will receive the track & trace code at the email address you provided.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

    • You will receive the invoice within 1-2 working days after ordering to the invoice e-mail address provided.

Is it possible to pick up my order?

    • Secure! You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Amsterdam or Apeldoorn. This is possible by appointment; please contact us.

Can my order be delivered to the kitchen?

    • This is possible with our personal delivery service, in the Amsterdam region. Do you want to use this? Please contact us.

The details on my invoice are incorrect, can you change this?

How can I create an account?

Can I request samples?

    • Do you want to see a product first? You can always request samples first, these are free. You only pay the shipping costs.

Can I return a product?

    • It is of course possible that you have ordered a product that does not meet expectations. We will always think along with you about a suitable solution, so please contact us in that case.

When will my order be shipped?

    • If your order arrives at us before 3 p.m., your order will be shipped the same working day.

Can I come by to view products?

    • You are most welcome in our showroom in Amsterdam to view and pick up samples. This is only possible by appointment; please contact us.

In which countries are you active?

    • We deliver orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. We can also deliver to other countries. Please contact us for the possibilities.

In what ways can I place an order?

    • You can easily order via our webshop. But if you prefer to order by e-mail, telephone or Whatsapp, this is of course also possible. You will then receive a confirmation for checking and a payment link before we send the order to you.

Are your products in stock?

    • In our webshop it is clearly indicated what the stock is per product. This is continuously updated, so that you always have an up-to-date insight. If a product is not in stock or is temporarily sold out, this will be announced on the product page.
